If your vendors are booked and your design is all set, we’re here to be the expert set of hands that orchestrates the behind the scenes magic on your wedding day. 

In the weeks leading up to your wedding we’ll attend your final walk-through, create your wedding layout, finalize all the details with your vendors, and create a master timeline that you can share with your bridal party to ensure everyone is prepped and ready.

BACK TO WEDDING OFFERINGS

Once your big day arrives we'll oversee your rehearsal, pin boutonnieres, set up all your personal items, and run the show at your wedding so you can relax and have fun while we execute your carefully planned vision!

We take a limited number of coordination clients each season, and we begin booking four months from the wedding date. Send us a note and we'll be happy to provide you with even more details!
